[Zevran]

"Things we plan to be clever often play out that way," Zevran allows, a faint smile forming. "Regardless. Are... are the others..?"

[Coquette Blacquin]

Noire waves a hand. "Everyone's fine. Well, the Little Bitch is upset, but she always is. Xyrrim is safely contained once more. His freedom always disrupts the system." 

[Zevran]

Zevran nods slowly. "And the others are..?"

[Coquette Blacquin]

"Away in their rooms, sleeping. As expected. Usually only one or two of us are awake at a time."

"Good, good," Zevran says with a long exhale. "When last we spoke, Cedric had... Well. I am concerned for him." And also all the rest of you.

"He's fine. He's a strong chap. Nothing bothers him much," she says dismissively. 

[Zevran]

"You are mistaken," Zevran says simply.

[Coquette Blacquin]

"Right, right, you know him far better than I. You've known him for, what, four days? And I merely share a mind with him. Clearly I must bow to your superior knowledge." She rolls her eyes. 

[Zevran]

"Thank you," Zevran says brightly. "It's good to have that acknowledged; it will save time. Could you please wake them? I need to speak with all of you. Or, ah, all of you that are... conversational."

[Coquette Blacquin]

"It doesn't quite work that way. We can't all be present at once, not really. I can perhaps fetch one, if I feel like it."

[Zevran]

"Ah." Zevran hums thoughtfully, nodding to show he's following along. "I suppose that makes sense, after a fashion. Well then, if I could speak with Cedric? As I said, I'm worried about, ah, him? After our last conversation."

[Coquette Blacquin]

"And why should I do that? I told you he's fine. You don't believe me. That's a poor way to begin a relationship with your own wife."

[Zevran]

"Because I asked," Zevran replies simply. "If you are going to be playing the marriage card, then I could do the same; should you not seek to soothe your husband's worries?"

[Coquette Blacquin]

"I did seek. I told you the truth. If you choose not to believe me, that's upon your own head." She sniffs. 

[Zevran]

Zevran looks upwards, as if seeking support from the gods. "How can you be sure? You don't even remember the conversation that I am worried over? Is there a reason why you are against waking him?"
