"We'll be around for a few days picking up supplies for the colany."

He nods. "Then I suppose you'd best get hiking back, before it gets dark. There's coyotes in these woods, and snakes."

"Ok keep in touch though ok? We have a lot to catch up on."

"Come back tomorrow for dinner and I'll have an answer for you."

"Ok if I bring reaper? We can bring chairs" I grin

"I suppose." He sighs. "I'll roast us a hen, I've one that's stopped laying."

"You good" I ask after a silent walk to the buss

"Yeah... it's just a lot to process. He's... not what I expected."

"Yah he's always been a bit of a dunce. Good with a sword bad at strategy."

"What?" He blinks. "I think he was fine. No, I mean he's.... I don't know. There's something... old ,about him. Weary."

"War will do that to you...... Kor what do you think of instead of him taking over the company he joins our colany? It's only a matter of time before bata and capa close themselves off from delta too... he could stay with us"

"But there's so much good he could do from Edo..."
