Dreamed Into Life

[Ravna]

"I have obtained for you a present," she announces, smirking. 

[Illianna]

I rub the sleep from my eyes still groggy "can it wait till morning?" I stretch slightly

[Ravna]

"It could," she teases, "but you will want to see this."

[Illianna]

I sigh gently grabbing a simple over dress and tugging it on. "Ok," I sigh fully awake "show me your sunrise."

[Ravna]

Ravna grins, leading her down the hall and down to the basement where the cells are. "Now, I've had your surprise bound and gagged, but you just say the word and I'll take his head off," she warns, pushing the door open. 

And there, in the closest cell, bound and gagged and filthy, covered in blood, is her father. The King of Castelia. 

[Illianna]

"Father," my heart skips a beat. I rub my eyes and look again. I'm not dreaming I'm truly awake. And he's here. Dirty as sun but here. "How?" I say turning in awe to my bride! "How did you get him here? How...." My head is spinning overflowing with emotions. Joy, fear, hatred, love, it's all so much.

I pull her into a fierce kiss and break away flushed red a moment later "thank you mistress this is the  best gift you've given me." I say placing her hand on my stomach to feel the baby kick "even our little ones happy"

[Ravna]

"The raiding party came across him in one of his many moves across the country. He was alone, no queen, but he had retainers, who are all deceased."

[Illianna]

"Excellent she'll be an easy target alone. She's weak and spoiled she knows nothing of tactics and strategy. And she's too proud to listen to advice. You'll have your empire before the month is out my love!" A say excitedly

[Ravna]

"Now, what shall we do with him?"

[Illianna]

My mind races death would be to quick too kind.... Then it hits me. "The reds think he's safe and sound and winning this war..... we can use that..... have him write a letter to them inviting them to a victory ambush. Two birds one stone. Till then would you care to take a turn on him? I'll let you have the first hit" I grin

[Ravna]

"If I hit him, he won't be able to spill any secrets when I'm done. You had best take a turn first."

[Illianna]

I nod and remove my outer dress. I enter his cell and turn the crank on his chains forcing him to his feet. I curl my fingers into a fist recalling all the training I had had to this point. I take a breath plant my feet and and with all my might drive my fist into his gut. Side stepping quickly to avoid his heaving. I smile. It felt good to hit him.

"Tell me what you did to my mother."I say coldly removing his gag. "Speak!" I demand grabbing his hair and pulling his head up.

He smirks, a cold, dark smirk, and spits blood at her pretty underdress. 

[Illianna]

I frown slightly and sigh. "I did like this one...." I say looking at the blood soaking into the white linen.  "Oh well, I guess reds pretty too."  This time the blow cracks his nose.  "What happed to my mother." I demand again
