Dreamed Into Life

[Ravna]

Ravna stops, turning and kissing her fiercely. "Already delivered to your chambers this morning."

[Illianna]

"May I give you something before you leave?" I ask

[Ravna]

"Of cours.e"

[Illianna]

I slip into my chambers and come back with a red tunic with a black raven on the back gold runes  stitched around the hem. Tied with a green, brown, red and black belt our two colors entwined. Each rune a protection spell.

[Ravna]

Ravna holds it up and examines it. "Pretty," she says, neutrally. 

[Illianna]

"The tunic is all one weave." I say proudly. "The belt is card weaving simple but effective. You will look wonderful in them"

[Ravna]

"Of that I have no dbout. Thank you, little one."

[Illianna]

I blush crimson and enter my room leaving the door open as an invitation

[Ravna]

But Ravna instead takes the tunic and heads to her own chambers to pack fo rher trip.

[Illianna]

The next few days are full of meetings and arguments finally out of frustration I invite the last no vote on the councils to dine with me inoereon. It's not their way, but I hope it will work.

The table in my chamber is laid in fine linen and the table is set with roast vegetables and meet and fresh bread. And two jugs of meed. I smile as I hear a neck on the door and open it gladly "Iekbrounder, thank you for joining me I know this is unusual but I'm glad you agreed to meet." I say stepping aside to offer him entry

[GamesMaster]

"My lady," he replies, taking her hand to kiss it gently. 

[Illianna]

I smile brightly "do please come in"  I say shutting the door behind him and taking my seat. "I hate to ruin a good meal with work but I'm sure you know why I've asked you here."

[GamesMaster]

"Of course, of course. Nothing more need be said until we've had our fill," he adds. "Nothing lis worse than... business... on an empty stomach."

[Illianna]

I smile and nod filling both our cups "so why don't you tell me a bit about yourself? I've only been here a short time and I haven't had a chance to hear all the stories yet given how possesive my wife is." I smile sweetly

[GamesMaster]

He happily launches into a story, one from some time ago that paints him as a great war hero, showing how he got to this position. Over the next half hour, he plies her with story after story of his magnificence, heroism, and greandeur, even going so far as to show her one of his scars.
