Tobys cabin

[Toby]

"Do you really want to be famous that bad? Is a quite life here really so bad?"

[Jamie D'vart]

"So what, now I should give up art, too? What else are you going to take from me?!"

[Toby]

"I'm not asking you too! I'm asking if fame is somthing you want! If small art shows and living here isn't what you want then that's fine I'll support you I'll come to every show and brag to everyone that the man I love is a famous artist. I just want to know if that's what you want so I can support you."

[Jamie D'vart]

"God, get off my case! If I didn't want it I wouldn't be doing all this"

[Toby]

"Ok" I say flatly turning away. "Ok fine, go do what ever it is your manager wants. Just go to bed it's late and you're drunk we'll talk more later." I say numb nod hurting that he wants this sly ball of a man who would just as soon pimp him out as sell his art

[Jamie D'vart]

Jamie storms upstairs, angry tears forming in his eyes as he does. He throws himself onto the bed, sobbing into his pillow angrily, until at last the storm of emotions subsides and he falls into a deep slumber. 

[Dixon]

Its 10 am when i nock on jamies door tray of pancakes, bacon, eggs, hashbtowns, and black coffe in jand. " here" i say handing him the tray aftwr wntering and sitting on the end of his bed.

"Jamies.... Theres not a great way to say rhis bit.... Tou camt consent to sex if youre drink. I dont onow what happened last night but i think tou wete taken advantage of and im worried about you." I say in a rush

[Jamie D'vart]

Jamie rolls over in bed, pressing his face to the pillow and muttering "Go 'way."

[Dixon]

" you dont like me. I get that. Its always hard for the current partner and the ex to get along. But you need someone to talk this oit with and unlike toby im not an ashole" i smile gent

[Jamie D'vart]

"You're not my dad," he grumbles. 

[Dixon]

"Thank god for that." I say chuckling slightly " I think we can both agree it would suck if your dad and your boyfriend used to fuck around."...... "look what Toby and I had wasn't a relationship it was just sex. Somthing we could take or leave. And recently it's just been him monitoring Tova to make sure nothing goes wrong.

[Jamie D'vart]

"Sounds like he can get whatever tail he wants. and he doens't want to be a couple with me."

[Dixon]

"I can see how you might come to that conclusion. But Jamie, he really does love you. He's started going to therapy again, and he's showing more emotions. And Toby doesn't have sex randomly.....he.....he only fucked me because I needed it.....I was slipping overseas and the unit was suffering because of it. Rather than let me get everyone killed he took charge of me at night so that during the day I could be sharp. And when we got home....he took charg until Tova could. We honestly haven't had sex in 3 years. We're just good friends at this point. He only told you about our past because I told him to. There's enough gossip around I didn't think it was fair to blindside you with it. He didn't do the best job of it but I swear to you Tova is my only partner and I have no romantic or sexual interest in Toby." I shigh

"Look I don't know about you but I know Toby was up all night trying to figure out how he fucked up so bad that you wouldn't tell him you wanted to see someone else. He really just wants to support you anyway he can. He loves you so very much..... and you need someone to talk to so if you're not going to talk to me please at least talk to him"

"It's fine. I'm fine. It's just business." 

[Dixon]

I roll my eyes "yah sure it is and I'm the queen of England"
