[Jamie D'vart]

Jamie is... tired. All the time now, he feels a weariness in his bones, and a chill that won't quite go away. He'd noticed he needed more sleep since he started living with Toby, but this is so much worse. He'd heard tales of being mate-sick, of the illness that seems to set in when your mate is gone too long, and maybe this is it? But on the other hand, maybe it's just the constant stress, being on edge while trying to go to school and keep an eye on the pack and not think about Paris (just don't think about Paris, Paris never happened, none of it happened) and having nobody to confide in and... 

There's just a lot riding on his shoulders going into this full moon. Not the least of which, that he and Tova will be called upon to pronounce judgement for any petty feud the month has brought up. 

[Tova koshack]

I sigh taking a sip of my tea. "This fucking sucks." I say after a moment. "I miss Dixon and I can't get ahold of him and I just! Ugh! I hate this I fucking hate this." I lean back in my chair exasperated

[Jamie D'vart]

"Yeah," sighs Jamie, sullen and taciturn as usual. 

[Tova koshack]

"Are you ok you look fucking awful"

[Jamie D'vart]

I feel fucking awful. "It's cool. It's whatever. Don't worry about it."

[Tova koshack]

Yah sure OK" I roll my eyes. "You've been real fucked up since you got back.you should maybe see a doctor or somthing? Like maybe you picked up a glue or somthing over there maybe it Mono?! You should totally have mala take you to the urgent care Monday and get checked out."

[Jamie D'vart]

"It's not mono," he sighs. "I don't have a fever or nothin, I'm just real tired all the time."

[Tova koshack]

"Are you mate sick? Or maybe it's survivor guilt? Dixon left some resources for counseling if anyone needed them"

[Jamie D'vart]

"Oh yeah, I'm so sure some musty old books are going to figure out what's wrong with me," he says bitterly. 

[Tova koshack]

"No dumbass it's for therapists to talk to!"

[Jamie D'vart]

"Even worse, I can't go to a stranger, I'll have to talk about pack secrets."

[Tova koshack]

" i mean you wont. Pluse thwres wear therapists on the list so theyll gwt it."

[Jamie D'vart]

His expression darkens. "No. They won't." And he turns away.

I roll my eyes again. "Whatever suit yourself just trying to help"

Its than an hour later that shit kicks off. When tova and jamie make it out back to where the shouting is they find rocket standing and on one leg prosthetic abandoned holding two teens apart as mala holds a crying teen.
