[Jamie D'vart]

Jamie stares at her. And stares. Full eye contact, and there's a snarl in his eyes, but his face is totally frozen in a placid mask. "Say. That. Again."

[Npc]

"You heard me. But I'll say it again, packs shouldn't be left in the hands of cumrags. You're job is to look pleasing while we fuck you and have pups now run off and leave governing to the capable wolves and maybe I'll give you a rut when we get back."

[Jamie D'vart]

Jamie doesn't move. Doesn't twitch a finger. But just like that, the anger's gone, like someone flipped a switch in her and left behind only a small dark hole in the pit of her stomach. That hole grows, the energy that was fueling her anger now cannibalizing itself into pure terror. 

[Npc]

"What the fuck!"

[Jamie D'vart]

Jamie curls his lip, then, exposing a single fang. "Get out of my sight."

[Npc]

She tries to hold her ground but panic over comes her and she fleas

[Jamie D'vart]

Jamie slowly looks around the clearing, making eye contact with each and every one of the wolves. "Anyone else have an opinion on Omegas they'd like to share?"

[Npc]

"I do!" Rosie says bouncing up to him "I think omagas give the best hugs!" She says crawling into his lap

[Jamie D'vart]

He smiles, but still gently puts her down on the ground. "Cuddles later, kiddo."

[Npc]

She pouts shifting into a pup to give sad puppy eyes. And mala laughs. "I think that's all the business Girie." She says using the official title of an alphas mate for him.

[Jamie D'vart]

"Great. Then I declare this full moon meeting adjourned, and it's time for the Change." Jamie hops down, changing as rapidly as he can. Wolves don't cry, either from frustration or repressed trauma. They just run. 

[Npc]

It's the morning after the run, everyone is gathered in the dining hall eating breakfast when someone turns on the new.....


"We're live in Paris where another gruesome attack has just accorded in the parliament! Two hostages have been killed as they were wired to the bomb. It is still unknown how many people were inside during the explosion." The reporter says from in front of a smoldering building. "Before the explosion soilders stormed the building to attack the operatives of an Al Quiada off shot referring to themselves as the 'Europian erasure army' we go now to footage of that encounter we warn you that this is upsetting to watch.....

Dixon, Toby, and their team move across the screen in well practiced procsission guns taking deadly aim. Then they see the hostages a young women and an old man, each strapped to a vest. The room fills with fire and the next shot is of Toby carrying two members of parliament out the others behind him each carrying wounded

The film ends and cuts to the reporters behind a desk talking about the attack....

Jamie is quiet for a long moment, fixed on the tv screen. Finally, he asks Tova quietly, "Do you think they'll be home soon?"

[Tova koshack]

"I hope so....." I say numbly. My whole life with dixion he's been retired.... Seeing him in danger..... "I'm gonna be sick." I say fleeing from the table.

Jamie puts his spoon down, still watching the news, though they've moved on to a human interest story. I wonder if he'll ever come back. Or if he'll just leave me here, stuck in a pack I barely know and ripe for them all to pick on me.
