There is another knock at the door, one that tears a reluctant Ryuu away to answer it. When he returns, there are the last three guests with him. 

"Murai Noburu, second son of the Murai family," bows as he is introduced. He's a huge man, easily over six feet, and broad to boost, with clearly defined muscles under his robes. 

He could not be more different than "Yamamoto, Jiesha" who is lean and lanky, though also reasonably tall for a Japanese man. Jiesha's hair is cut shaggier and left down, not in a topknot, and he carries a little book and quill with him everywhere he goes. 

[Shiori]

His wife, Yamamoto Shiori, gives an enthusiastic bow, shyly smiling at Rajakumarie. Her eyes take in the whole scene quickly, assessing everyone (by what metric?) before she bows again. "Thank you so much for inviting us." Her hair is not as fine as Chihiro's, nor as flashy being only jet black, but it is not without beauty, and there is an ornate flowered comb stuck into it to dress it up. 

[Raja kumarie]

I bow in turn "please all be at ease here help yourselves to food and drink. " I smile warmly as th music plays a little louder and take a seat next to Ryuu. It's odd to kneel for meals as we normally sit crosslegged but I can't do so in kimono. So I kneel and shift slightly as we eat

[Shiori]

Shiori moves a little quickly to ensure she gets the place on the other side of Raja, her husband next to her. That leaves Li, Musashi, and Chihiro on the opposite side, Noburu on the end. 

"I asked to meet you as soon as I heard you were coming," says Shiori quietly. "I hope we can be friends."

[Raja kumarie]

I beam at her "I should like that very much and having someone to write with will help my spelling" I joke gently.  I look to Ryuu unsure if I should start reaching for food as in India the host eats after the guests.  " In truth I have been asking to meet all of you for a bit. The friends of my husband are friends if mine"

[Lance Roidmet]

"I can't imagine what we have in common," quips Musashi. 

[Raja kumarie]

" if I am not mistaken a samiria is a worrier yes? And by the look of your hands you are a swords man. I prefer a bow myself but ive handled a blade from time to time so we have that in common" I smile picking up my glass " my teacher was quite fond of telling us 'you can not heal what you have not caused' she was an unusual teacher but her healers almost never lost a client" I smile and Vashti chuckles

" Don't let her fool you I've seen babes handle a blade better than her still she was an enthusiastic student. If it please you we might give a demonstration of a more artistic weapon the bellla Kavrish or whip sword "

[Lance Roidmet]

"They give women weapons in your country?" asks Musashi, surprised. "I am shocked there's any civilization left."

[Shiori]

"How rude!" says Shiori, playfully. "Don't you know, women are more dexterous than men. It's what makes us such good musicians."

[Raja kumarie]

I smile "it is less comman amongst the general population than it is of those who have lived and studdtd in the Harem or certain temples"

[GamesMaster]

"What is a harem?"asks Shiroi's husband,. 

[Raja kumarie]

"it is a space for the high ranking daughters and the wives of the sultan to study art music and dance. It is a place only for women and no man may enter not even the king himself. The word Harem means forbidden or sacred. It is an honor to study there even if only for a short time. " I explain leaving out the part where the sultan has a special window to watch the women bathing and pick his next concubine from them

[Shiori]

"Oh! like the parlor visits we make," agrees Shiori. Oddly enough, that gets a little sniff of disapproval from Chihiro. 

[Raja kumarie]

' perhaps. I'm not fermiliar with palor visits. Do you live in this palor while you study there?"
