The Prince and the Priestess

"I would never hit a woman," snarls Musashi. "To insist I do so is a grave insult."

[Raja kumarie]

"And yet you struck my maid and so I beg you sir to beat me until you are content once more" I say calmly "if you prefer my husband can take your place"

[Lance Roidmet]

"I should have him fined for trying to pass off that... thing as a woman!" 

[GamesMaster]

Noburu steps up, getting in Musashi's face. "Let's take a walk and calm down." It's not a suggestion. Musashi looks like he's about to argue, but then he turns to leave, and Noburu goes with him. 

Chihiro remains in place, placidly sipping her tea. 

[Raja kumarie]

I readjusted my kimono before turning to the others "if there are no further grievances with my lady I should like to move on with the good company of all present"

[Shiori]

Shoiri makes a small, ragged breathing sound -- suddenly loud in the silence. Chihiro coughs, slightly, as if to cover it up. Ryuu finally raises his face from his hands. 

[Liwanu "Li" Jekins]

"Aww," jokes Li. "As lovely as that kimono is, I'm sure it would be even lovelier on the floor with your true radiance--"

[Ryuu Ishikawa]

"Li? Shut up." It's about the harshest shes' ever heard Ryuu sound. 

[Raja kumarie]

I place a hand on shiori to comfort her gently "I am fine, no harm would have come to me." I say softly i the turn and kiss Ryuu cheek "there is no need to worry for me love I know I am safe in your presence." I kiss him once more before turning to li "be carful what you ask for li for while I find you amusing my husband can be jealous of his ottoman prize." I tease gently

[Liwanu "Li" Jekins]

"Your husband knew who I was when he invited me," laughs Li. "If he didn't want me flirting, he knew better than to dangle such a prize."

[Shiori]

Shori shivers a little. "Ex--excuse me, may I use your restroom?" she asks, voice small. 

[Raja kumarie]

"Of course let me show you the way." I say gently rising to bring her into the house. "Are you all right sister." I say softly

[Shiori]

"I'm sorry," she says quietly. "I just... Musashi frightens me."

[Raja kumarie]

" he has quite the temper but trust me no harm would have come to me. I saw his temper and used it to have his pride. He's one of those men that must learn the hard way to humble themselves. Still I am sorry for any worry I caused you. Shiori I do truly need friends in this new land and deeply hope you will be as close to me as my sister's I left back home." I say gently  "please come visit often for your presence brings me joy"

[Shiori]

Shiori is quiet for a few steps. "And you're... alright with the way Vashti is?"
