Stone's Throw

[Diligence]

"I'm not a goat," Dil snapped, hand starting to rise to his horns self-consciously. 

[Charon Tethras]

"Dil," whimpers Charon, tail lashing as his eyes are locked on Heidi's breasts. 

[Diligence]

"Who are you?" Dil demanded protectively. "Not just a name either."

[GamesMaster]

"Why, I've been helping Dreas here all day yesterday, and some of this morning. Who are you?"

[Charon Tethras]

"Dil, it's cool, I got this," says Charon again. 

[Diligence]

"Well, Dil, obviously," he replied, pointing at Charon. But he fell silent, allowing Charon to speak.

[Charon Tethras]

"This is Dil. He's... a good friend of mine. I was planning to paint his portrait but I got... um... distracted."

Heidi tuts. "Well, no surprise there!"

[Diligence]

"Is it not?" Dil asked curiously. 

[GamesMaster]

"During the poor boy's heat? Of course, it's all he can do to put one foot in front of the other. Poor kitten."

[Diligence]

Dil hesitated for a moment, then leaned in towards Charon to whisper in Necril. "What do you want to do?"

[Charon Tethras]

"Her," he says bluntly in Necril, before shaking his head. "Sorry. Um. Well she's not just going to go away..."

[Diligence]

"I mean, we could run..."

[Charon Tethras]

"I bet you my brother is there. I could get him and we could split an inn room."

[Diligence]

Dil stared at him. "...if you're sure?" He sounded dubious on the plan, but willing to be supportive.

[Charon Tethras]

"It'll be fine." Charon gives a lopsided smile, eyes still on Heidi.
