[Addina]

"That's why I contracted you for seven years." I grin

[Marian Hawke]

"Okay well, I'm not sure if it'd be legally binding in Nyra anyways, so... let's just have fun? You do throw a party, right?"

[Addina]

I look a bit shocked at that "oh no Hawk we don't throw a party, we have a month of celebrations since we're a royal cupple."

[Marian Hawke]

She blinks. "Oh," she says real quiet. "I don't... that's... a lot of party."

[Addina]

"Is it? I mean it's not that much. There's a luncheon with the ladies of society from both kingdoms, a few rituals, some balls, and local festivals for us to celebrate with the people we came from but you really just have to make an appearance it's expected that you'd rather be doing things as a cupple than drinking with your parents and their friends it's only the last party that's for you and your friends on,y."

[Marian Hawke]

"...none of my friends are here."

[Addina]

"We can bring them over for the party and the wedding." I smile

[Marian Hawke]

"...no, I don't think that's a good idea," says Marian, reflecting on stories of people eating fae food and being stuck in the faewilds.

[Addina]

"We'll then we can go visit them if you want" she looks so sad I just want her to be happy

[Marian Hawke]

Hawke gives her a queer look. "Perhaps," she says finally. What's her angle?

[Addina]

"Did you choose your head of staff?"

[Marian Hawke]

"Oh, uh, I forgot."

[Addina]

"Oh well I mean you don't technically need one but I find it helps to have someone to go over things with like schedules and the like....oh I know! Why don't we give them a test! Give each one a task and who ever does it the best wins!"

[Marian Hawke]

"That's a good idea but I need something more complicated than suggesting clothing. I tried that this morning."

[Addina]

"Oh I know! Have them each run a day for you and who ever is the most helpful wins!"
