Zee shrugs. "She's gotta have some promise, else he wouldn't have sent her here. We just gotta find out her strengths, and help her bring them to bloom."

Zee seems to be in an uncharacteristically zen mood today. Maybe it has something to do with her choice of reading materials. she does seem rather intent on the pages.

"Something like that," Shinigami calls over her shoulder as she slips int o the hall. Was that an answer to Zee or to Morden? And how could you tell?

This is likely around the time Kimiko is actually exiting the mess hall. She tries her best to be quiet and much less noticable, but really now, a cute girl holding a stuffed bear trying to be sneaky, HERE? She sticks out like a sore thumb. She enters the common area, hoping not to be noticed...

Zee looks up at Kimiko's entrance, smiles and making a 'follow me' gesture stands and walks towards the gym.

Her eyes widen, and she wants nothing more than to escape. She doesn't even shake her head, she just quickens her pace to get back to her room! She isn't trying to be rude, she just needs time to recover... she's still a bit spooked.

Kenji glances in Kimiko's direction as they pass by... huh... "Hope they find their way..." he quietly comments, to nobody in particular.

Hmm.... Kimiko didn't follow. interesting. should she leave the girl alone for a bit? probably. If she doesn't show up in an hour or so Zee can go looking for her then. It's not as if Zee will be hard to find in the gym.

Zee begins a workout to keep her mind off matters while she waits. How to get past that timidness? that's the biggest barrier to a proper workout right now... hmm....

Zee thinks on the matter for a long time, her body constantly moving as she progresses through the workout.

Ah. that's the ticket. Meditation. It'll be good for the mind, as well as give better control of the breathing and positioning of the body. then maybe a bit of light yoga after to start with a little muscle tone. Zee doesn't need the girl to be able to bench 500 kilos like Zee can, but she should also be able to be functional in a 3G environment.

yes. that would be the way to start, then .... well maybe after that she can start on some strength regimine.

Of course there are those wounds to consider.... that's something serious,

The timid girl is grateful to be left alone, finally getting to her room. If the door has a lock, she locks it. If it has a closet, she takes the pillow and blanket into the closet with her and shuts the door. Finally she's starting to feel safe again... she curls up, hugging Yukki hard, staring weakly at nothing. She hoped with all her being that it doesn't turn out like before... and here she was getting better, at least, before the trigger event. It took her so long to overcome that trauma, but she still has flashbacks and gets triggered sometimes.

Morden gave something of a sigh as they went back to their work. Someone was gonna have to be called to check in the new girl. Someone not arm-deep in computer components and short on social graces. "Hey Marbles. You should probably take the turn to check on her. I'd do it, but I'd rather not lose my place in here and we probably want her to feel better rather than worse."

Shinigami would actually be in luck as far as contacting the Boss. Seems like he not only was in range but actually bothered to answer. The feed hid his face, which was standard procedure unless he wanted to be a bit more personal or was in a static location rather than in transit. "Ah, good day, dear. What seems to be the problem?" His voice was actually rather friendly. It came off with a practice air of familiarity that he seemed to always have in their conversations.

Kenji sighs and nods, "That's fair Cordy. I'll check on her. Not got much to do anyway." With that, he stands and starts a slow walk to the hall, and then... ah right, that door. Feels sort of good to no longer have that room unoccupied, in a way. Rounds off the layout of rooms. Anyway, Kenji then straightens his posture, and does is best to politely knock on the door.

Kimiko doesn't respond, she merely stays in the closet and curls up a bit more, covering herself with the blanket and hugging Yukki. It's probably Shi-chan again, coming to yell at her some more... it always started with the yelling. She stayed quiet, shivering...

Shinigami's tone was clipped, cold ,but she mustered up her best manners. "Begging your pardon, sir, but I begin to suspect a mistake has been made."

There was a pause for a few moments before he started speaking again. "A...mistake? Well, that would something of a set-back. Was there a problem with delivery?" By which he meant Keith. "I was informed that everything and everyone had be delivered successfully. And on time, if I remember correctly."

Kenji knocks at Kimiko's door again, a slow measured knock. A moment later, they add a their voice, not too loud, but loud enough to probably be reasonably heard, "You okay in there?" The tone was... perhaps best described as gentle, but not sweet.

Considering there's two doors between them, Kimiko only hears a muffled voice... but it doesn't sound like Shinigami's. Curiosity gets the better of her, and she opens the closet door, peaking out into her empty room. "Who... who is it?" She manages to speak up, swallowing down her fears.
