There's the raffle prizes....wow, there's some NICE prizes. And hers was...holy crap! Grand prize of forty crowns! "So, did you win?"

Erika stares at the paper for a long moment. "I... yeah, I did!"

[CalamityJade]

The man gives a nod. "Excellent. Then so far things seem to be progressing. On behalf of Mr. Harrox I would like to thank you for your continued assistance." He passes the papers to Erika. They...seem to be more about the 'deal' she was helping Mr. Harrox with.

She takes the papers, glancing down at them. "What's this?"

"WEll, as we were unsure if the charm would stick, we waiting for positive notes before going into any form of payment." The papers seemed to be part of an agreement on a 'charm' that had been used. Apparenlty it...invokes a state very much like what is found in the Welcomed and seems to allow those with it to enjoy the same benifits. It goes into detail about the charm being somewhat temporary and that any adverse reactions should call Mr. Harrox immediately. Also there is a slight maintenance fee of ten percent of projected monthly earnings, but only of newly attained funds as response from the charm.

"I... you, wait, you what? I'm..." She stares at the page, speechless.

[CalamityJade]

"...Is there a problem, Miss Stark? I assumed that Mr. Harrox mentioned requiring your assistance and that it should be lucrative enough to handle your own...financial burdens."

[yamikuronue]

"Yes, certainly, but I never dreamed he would.... how does he have that much power?"

[CalamityJade]

"Well, that is a trade secret. Not one I am at liberty to converse about. Obviously, you can return to the loans office for any of the charges for your new investments." He gave a bit of a smile. "And, of course, you are free to terminate this agreement whenever you like.

Erika nods. "This is amazing, thank you!"

[CalamityJade]

"No, thank you. Hopefully, as things progress, this can be a service to ease the burdens of those Waiting." The man closes his briefcase up and offers a hand. "And like I said...if anything adverse begins to happen, then please let us know."

Erika nods. "Of course."

And the man leaves...though there is a moment as he heads out of the door that something feels...wrong. The place twists and her stomach turns in response. She can hear some sort of commotion and maybe some yelling, but it feels somewhat distant...and when things seem to equal out, she's on the ground outside of the lunch spot and someone is standing over her. "Miss, you alright?! Silverrust! What where you doing?"

Erika coughs, struggling to sit up. "Nn...what?"

"You almost walked out into the street!" She was outside, and she could see the street was actually rather busy. How...in the hell had THAT happened. From the look of the traffic, that would NOT have been a good time.
