"Is there anything you can tell me about what they discussed? I appreciate you may not know much, but sometimes, the smallest detail is the one that proves the most important."

Rob keeps his tone as neutral as possible.

"...I know there was some discussion of the city museum...at least about one of the exibits. Not many knew this, but my brother found the city's history rather interesting and would look into it when he had time." That is a bit interesting, considering that he ran a security firm. Though not much mentions Mordriana's interest in city history.

An interest in city history... and the patch looks like a museum exhibit... could it be the one Obsidian and Mordriana discussed?

"Do you know which exhibit in particular?"

Gregory thought a moment. "I'm not rightly sure. I know it was one of the long-standing exhibits." He frowned as he thought through that. "Though if anyone knows, it'd be Dr. Harrisberg. He and my brother seemed to have a rather long history of arguments about some of the exhibits in the museum in the Brass quarter."

Gregory seemed to be considering something. "Why do you believe that what happened to Mordriana is connected to my brother, exactly?"

Harrisberg; a new lead.

"It's not every day that one of the Welcomed goes missing," Rob explains. "From what I've read about your brother's disappearance, and as you stated earlier, he's not one to go quietly. So in order to kidnap him, you'll need a good team and sufficient resources; the group that targetted Mordriana had considerable resources available to them."

"While that is true, there are not many that could keep my brother captive, if that is what happened." Still, Gregory had to think for a moment. "If you wish to meet Dr. Harrisberg, there IS something that I can arrange for you. Of course, you would have to convince him yourself, but it will at least allow the two of you to meet."

Why do I get the feeling Obsidian's disappearance might be deliberate? I'll keep that to myself for now; need more evidence before calling it one way or the other.

"It could indeed prove useful to meet with Dr. Harrisberg; I'd like to take up your offer to arrange a meeting."

Gregory gives a nod. "As it happens, I have two tickets to the ballet tomorrow evening, and I have it on good authority that Dr. Harrisberg frequents shows such as this when he has the time." He moved to hit the intercomm. "Miss Stark, would you happen to be busy tomorrow evening?"

"No, sir!" she replies, in a high, girlish voice. "What can I do for you?"

"Then would you mind accompany someone to the ballet. It would make the introduction to Dr. Harrisberg rather easier. And I do believe you mentioned not having been to many shows, correct?"

Erika's smile breaks into a wide beam. "Oh wow! I'd love to!"

"Then I'll give him the tickets. The show is 7 o'clock at the Brass Theater" He turns off the intercom and turns to Rob. "I hope you won't mind, but Dr. Harrisburg is known for being a bit rude when approached by people he hasn't known. As he's been here, and at least knows my hiring practices, he should be able to answer your questions."

Rob shrugs off the concern. "In my line of work, you quickly learn to deal with rudeness; a lot of people understandably take a disliking to snoops poking their noses into their affairs," he assures.

"Be that as it may, I would...much rather you find if there is a connection than not." There was an instant of concern in his voice before he cleared his throat. "If you would give me your address, I will make sure the tickets are delivered." Gregory was something of an odd one. It was obvious that he cared. Not many could fake it, even the Welcomed, but for some reason he seemed to be putting effort into seeming neutral.
