"What do you want to know?" Yeah, Tony;s not making this the easiest for Vic, but he's not denying the questions either.

[yamikuronue]

Vic looks away. "Whose room was it?" And why did you hate them? he adds silently, remembering the scratched-out nameplate.

[accalia]

The reply is a single word "Mine."

[yamikuronue]

His -- but pink, and with the name scratched out? "So you're like me?"

[accalia]

"Dunno, Depends on if you're a man but missin the parts, or a woman tryin to avoid the issues of doin what others consider men's work. If you're the former, then yeah."

Well, there's that. A simple answer that raises just as many questions as it answers.

[yamikuronue]

Vic blinks. "You can be that?"

[accalia]

"Not just can, I am. Father never accepted that. Dick.... Not sure if he does or not. but at least he never treated my like Father did."

[yamikuronue]

Vic nods. "I never really thought about it. We needed another income. The Family won't take women, except in their whorehouses. So I became a man."

[accalia]

"You're not the only one to do that, I think two of Giovanni's inner circle are the same. Not sure, but the have a lot of the tells if you know what to look for."

Tony's not approving of Vic's choice, but he's also not disapproving either. His reaction is very.... neutral on the matter. Apparently Tony considers this Vic's choice and responsibility, and none of Tony's business.

Vic nods, slowly. He hadn't thought of that either, really. He'd figured he was the only one, but...

"What are the tells?"

[accalia]

"Well, The lack of stubble is a big hint." Tony strokes his own stubble, then frowns down at his palm full of hairs. 'Damn... i'll need to get more costume glue today too."

Now with patches missing and Vic's attention drawn to it he notices that it's artificial. But before he can comment Vic continues.

"The body proportions are different too. It takes a lot of work to hide that from someone looking for it."

Vic nods. "It wasn't a problem when I started." he says ,to the first tell. For the second, he frowns, turning it over. "I'm pretty narrow overall, it tends to help."

[accalia]

"being naturally small helps. Though unless you start binding yourself i'd avoid tight garments. As for the oh-seventeen hundred shadow, well that's easy enough to fix with some paint brushes and costume glue."

Tony's being pretty blunt in his advice, It'd be rude if it wasn't so plain that Tony's just trying to help and being very unused to it.

[yamikuronue]

"I'm..." Vic hesitates. "I'm not sure what to do about.. that." He hesitates, collecting his thoughts. "They're not very big, yet. But I don't know what to do with them when they are. I thought perhaps a girdle, worn higher than usual? But that would accentuate my waist."

[accalia]

Tony actually laughs at that comment, an amused laugh.

"What do you think the bandages you saw me change when we first met are? If that's a concern for you I'll show you how to bind them yourself. The harder part's hiding the waist. The easiest way's to get fat, a great big beer gut, course that means you'll have to bind your breasts tighter, and it makes life a lot more uncomfortable in general. I went the workout route, that way if anyone notices i can thank the workout and brush it off that way."
