Echo could probably take it. (and that's without knowing Sigma's powers)

in the last party i ran him the only one the healer ever healed was Echo, and Echo kept everyone else going.

after the first battle i don't think he ever put the crutches away....

Sigma's usually a telepath, when he has powers. Sometimes he's good at deep scans but bad with surface thoughts, and sometimes it's the other way around.
