for now, you can expand it again by adding a stitch every row or something my making one stitch twice in the same loop, over time that will even out the ones you dropped, if you're not relishing the idea of ripping out whole rows at a time (i never like doing that.)

nah, I got this great book called Itty Bitty Toys. The first project in it is a series of squares that I stitch into stacking cubes that won't clatter when she knocks them over. Basicallly, everyone thinks were in some sort of 'sharing' relationship and that we get a lot of work out of our bed. To be honest, we'd need a king-sized bed for that sort of activity.

this i've got to share!

so i got a call from a childhood friend and her wife last night, they're having a baby. woot! (they also married and didn't invite me to the wedding.... although that can be forgiven considering that they were rushing to get it done before the Alabama sued to ban it again.)

but that's not why i'm sharing, they used a sperm bank to get the kid and elected not to be told the identity of the father.

I'm about 70% sure it won't last to be the kid's actual name but they told me they were naming the kid $RANDOM
