Brianne nods. "You'll get used to it. Do you want a demo? I can show you spanking."

Bethany

"Just... start light, okay?" Bethany says, cheeks turning red. "Err. are you... are you spanking me or..?"

GamesMaster

"Yah, so you can see how hard to do it. Then we'll switch -- you'll want to practice all the techniques I just demonstrated on me before you work on a real client."

Bethany

Bethany's gaze instantly dips down to the catfolk's cloth covered mound and her tongue darts out to wet her lips. "Yeah," she whispers, clearly interested in that part of things. "I guess I should turn over?"

GamesMaster

"Yes, ma'am," purrs the imisian, grinning.

When Bethany gets up the next morning, her bottom's still a bit sore -- their lessons had devolved into a demonstration of how far was too far, and Bethany's not used to that sort of play yet. Still, it's nothing she can't handle, and the lesson was useful. Doubly so when, to make it up to her, Brienne had offered her some of her precious brush. She'd gotten home later than she meant to, but it was a good few hours, and she was still a bit giddy when she crawled into bed.

Not so much over breakfast. Which sucked, because as she and Carver ate, Varric had something important to say...

Varric

Well, that's that settled. Not sure if the other friend (Ari) is also that sort of friend but Brianne sure is. I need to find someone I can trust to give (my kids) real advice about (ugh) that sort of thing. "Either of you have plans you can't break from or dinner and after?"  Shouldn't but nicer to ask. "Got a possible tutor for you. Pretty bookish but a good friend and eager to help so figured give it a shot before looking around."

Carver Amell

Carver scowls. "Bookish," he repeats, and it sounds disparaging.

Bethany

"Carver," his twins says almost absently, rather distracted this morning.

Varric

"They're a Seeker, an oracle of Alydra. That's a very close, very powerful connection that comes with some prices. The relevant one is that they don't age. Helene is about as old as I am, well past their first century, but they're frozen in the aging process. Still die eventually, but they look about ten or so in human terms and always will. Still very much an adult." He sounds firm, almost severe, and it's clear how much he respects the Seeker.

Carver Amell

"Wait, he's younger than me?" Carver blinks.

Varric

"They appear younger than you, yes, but they're almost ten times your age. A hundred and... forty, I think? Fifty maybe. Again, Helene's body stopped aging when they accepted their burden from Alydra. Still older than you," Varric says firmly, fixing Carver with a hard look.

Bethany

"Uh... okay? Wait, are they like... a construct or, uh, what's the word, tulwath?" Bethany asks curiously.

Carver Amell

Carver straightens. "They're a golem? I get a golem teacher?!" Now that interests him.

Varric

"What? No, they're a samsarm. Rather rare humanoid species. Somewhat elven in the whole grace and long-lived sort of way, but round ears, blue skin and usually blue or purple irises. Eyes." Varric shakes his head. "No, they're mortal and organic, living and everything. Just frozen in a child's body and agendered. Not male or female. Hence the 'they' pronouns. And use Seeker, not sir or ma'am, that sort of thing."

Carver Amell

Carver blinks. "Wait, you can do that?"
