The Amell Legacy: Transgressions

[Marian Hawke]

"You're a Bright's, right? What about something like, Draculus?" offers the Alydran sister.

[Vigile]

"I am not a reptile!"

[Marian Hawke]

"Well, sure, but the stock Vangalite character is Draco, and, well, you're little..."

[Varric]

"True... But..." Varric hums softly. "What about the honored companion? I mean, it is just a nickname and keeping your cover as a regular cat could be useful. So..."

[Bethany]

"Vigilant something then?" the bard sister asks, nodding as well. "That makes sense, going for the theme of the bonded animal or spirit. Vigilant Watcher perhaps? Or- Stalker is creepy, Hunter is taken, Prowler sounds criminal..."

[Marian Hawke]

"What about just Vigilant? I mean, if he's pretending to be a cat, an overly fussy name gives us away as nobles right away."

[Varric]

"Little awkward in the mouth by itself... Could shorten it," Varric suggests. 

[Bethany]

"Vigil? Or go for elven, Vigile?" Beth ignores the dwarf's eyeroll at going for elven.

[Vigile]

"That... sounds fine?" the pavitra says weakly, a bit overwhelmed by the... energy in which this process occurred with.

[Shisou]

"Um, not to argue or anything but... can we leave Nyra first and figure out what to call everyone later?"

[Varric]

"Names are important," Varric says firmly. "But now that you've given your bona fides, let's talk extraction plans, shall we?" Glancing at the two sisters and aasimar, he hesitates. "You three want to get Carol and Hunter ready to move?"

[Shisou]

"Right! Um, there's some smuggler's tunnels in the undercity I can lead us to," she says, quickly. "I figured we'd just go there, pronto. Slip out past the wall, head east -- that way we end up at the Oak or Glaley."

[Varric]

"And what's the catch? Tunnels out of a city-state don't just sit there- they infested with critters, owned by a gang, watched by the guard..."

[Shisou]

"Umm, I suppose the catch is I haven't been down there in four years?" she admits. "But, it's not like the tunnels moved, they just... you know... might be full of... look, I can protect you, it's okay."

[Varric]

Varric chuckles. "What kind of fighter are you? With your build, stance, gear and that one 'fight' you joined in on, I would say... flash and awe, with a side of finesse and some focused magic?"
