The Amell Legacy: Transgressions

Seeing a possible problem, Bethany jumps in first to give some inspiration. "I'm Beth of Nyra." Implying she lacks a last name. "And I'm in the village because you arrested us." She flashes another smile, then looks confused at the muffled laughter from some of the crowd. "Oh! You mean- we needed supplies for our trip to Raplin's Oak."

[Marian Hawke]

Oh. Shit. Marian smiles broadly, saying, "I go by Mary, we're just passing through Golden Green on our way to the Oak." Please don't--

[Carver Amell]

"My name is Carol," says Carol flatly. "I didn't even want to be in your stupid village."

[Marian Hawke]

Better than I expected, she decides.

[NPCs]

Galling but understandable responses, Blossomsong allows. "Have any of you attacked or injured anyone in the last twenty-four hours?

[Marian Hawke]

"Nope!" chirps Marian cheerfully. "Wanted to, but didn't."

[Carver Amell]

"Yes," says a sullen Carol. "I yelled at my sister. A lot. It was brutal. I'm an awful sister."

[Bethany]

Okay so she said all that. Nope. Putting it aside for now. "N-n- n-" Beth fumbles to a stop, surprise on her face. Wait what? But I haven't... I've done some chores, made out with Shisou, worked on my dictation, ate, normal stuff. Who did I- "Wait, do hickies count?"

[NPCs]

"...if you consider them as such, yes. Reply with that excepted," Marthuc instructs her.

[Shisou]

Shiori reddens. "Um."

[Bethany]

Sorry Shisoi. "Aside from hickies and the like with my boyfriend, I have not injured anyone in the last day. I... Also had a pretty wicked argument but it was not with a member of your village," Beth adds, not looking at Carol.

[NPCs]

Blossomsong frowns. Hmmm. Ah. Turning to Carol, she instructs her firmly. "Please say whether that was the only harm you have done in the last twenty-four hours." If not her, then possibly the dumb one. If she thinks that counts as a injuries, then it is possible that she considers the attack to be a maiming or something, not an injury.

[Carver Amell]

"No," she admits, scowling. 

[NPCs]

Aha. That was what I suspected. "And what other injury did you cause?"

[Carver Amell]

"She swung at me first," scowls Carol. "And she tried to hurt my dog. And Merrill."
