Andraste giggles, pulling a bit of her hair over to compare. "So it does!" she says, beaming. "I wonder if one of your grandparents was made in my image? If so, I'm very flattered. It looks quite fetching on you."

Haliel Lightsong

"I, uh, I've never actually... met... my pavitra grandparents," she mumbles awkwardly. "I- Marian. Marian needs help. What can I do to help her?"

Andraste's face looks pained. "There's only so much I can do. Life can be granted, but only when circumstances are exceptional. When there's a bargain, for example. Or on behalf of a devout worshiper."

Haliel Lightsong

"What do you need in exchange for her to live?" Haliel asks simply.
I am the Light of My Soul.

GamesMaster

"I can't ask you for a bargain," replies Andraste. "You belong to HE-THAT-IS-BASTION. I am allowed to accept, only." After a brief pause, she smiles and adds, "It is honestly a source of pain to me that things ended this way." Is that a hint? Or reassurance? or both?

Haliel Lightsong

Haliel squints a little. "Is this a thing were I'm supposed to be clever and like... ask you what you would offer if you were me being asked what to offer but less obvious?"
I am the Light of My Soul.

GamesMaster

Andraste giggles again. "Everyone is unique. One's answer may not be another's."

Haliel Lightsong

"Okay, but you're a Bright Herald- you probably know me pretty well. I mean, if you wanted to, which I guess is kind of presumptuous of me to assume," Haliel babbles.
I am the Light of My Soul.

GamesMaster

"I am the Herald of Adoration," she says solemnly. "And I simply adore you. But I cannot make your decisions for you."

Haliel Lightsong

"I was hoping that you might have a tiny suggestion or two," Haliel mumbles, blushing. Being around the likes of Helene, Varric and Marian has made the aasimar a bit critical of her intelligence... "But... umm... how do I... how do I even start this sort of thing?"
I am the Light of My Soul.

GamesMaster

"If it helps, I can draw a fancy circle and stand in it?" she asks, amused. "And address you as 'foolish mortal'?"

Haliel Lightsong

"Why would... I mean, I am, but-" Haliel shakes her head. "Is this a dom thing?"
I am the Light of My Soul.

GamesMaster

"No-o," she says, looking suspiciously guilty. "Not that I'd be opposed to-- well, some of those activities certainly sound like fun," she admits. "But I was referencing summons. Generally, when a mortal wishes to strike a bargain with a powerful patron, they summon them to the material plane. But I'm not the most patient Herald, you see."

Haliel Lightsong

"Patience is nice, but sometimes things just need doing," Haliel says agreeably. "Wait- does dom stuff count as sex enough for love to qualify as romantic?"
I am the Light of My Soul.

GamesMaster

"I would have to ask the Herald of Passion," she admits.
