The Midnight Prince

[Rokag]

"Sure, that...should be fine." And she was not going to think about what was THOUGHT to be happening because that is a bit more than she can handle right now. "Though I should probably try and get back to sleep. I should have an easier time of it now."

[Shisou]

"I'm glad," she says, offering a smile. 

[GamesMaster]

The next week and a half proceed in that fashion: late-night training sessions with the Midnight Princess and Carbonne, daytime baking sessions with Seiya, occasional stand-offs with Tsuki, trying to steer clear of Indou, never seeing Kuronue. At the end of the second week, Rokag is introduced to the next horror: biweekly sessions with the family physician, mostly intended to determine if she's pregnant yet. Which she is not. Surprising no-one. 

[Rokag]

She sure as shit wasn't surprised...but she was also not happy about being probed and prodded and have to answer questions about what was 'happening'. 'Yes' Shiori was able to 'perform his duties'. 'No, she hadn't taken anything strange in the last few days.' 'Yes, she knows when her fucking moon time was.' Honestly, by the time that the doctor had determined she wasn't pregnant, she was more than willing to just be done with this.

At least I don't have to worry about suddenly sprouting ice or water from having this guy poking around at her fucking crotch.

[GamesMaster]

An hour before Shisou's meant to be coming over to practice, Seiya lets herself into Rokag's sitting room. "Good evening! How are you?" she asks, smiling. 

[Rokag]

Rokag jumped, having been staring intently at an obi and colored in her cheeks at Seiya's sudden apperance. "Oh...uh...hello!" She hadn't expected her to be here. Honestly she hadn't expected anyone for another hour and now she was hoping that Shisou would NOT be showing up exactly on time. "Did I forget something?"

[GamesMaster]

"No, no, not at all." She pushes the door closed, still smiling. "So... this is awkward, um, I apologize in advance, but.. well..."

[Rokag]

Rokag sighed. "Look, I know that people actually help with this but it's fucking embarrassing that they have to, so I figured I'd try and figure out how to do this shit myself."

[GamesMaster]

Seiya blinks. "Oh! The obi? No, no, that wasn't... so, I'm just going to come right out and say it, I'm pretty sure you're a woman who appreciates candor -- they've asked me to come ask you some questions, discreetly, about um. My brother. To make sure he's, ah, performing okay. Tsu's in with him now doing the same, but, if you had any questions or, or requests..."

[Rokag]

"Oh gods!" Rokag managed to only color slightly as she continued. "Did they ask you...to ask me if I needed help figuring out how sex works?" There was a brief pause. "And they sent Tsuki to go ask Shisou?!"

[GamesMaster]

"Ah. Yes. To both counts." She blushes a little. "Technically I volunteered -- they asked the both of us, but, well... I didn't think Tsu and you would, um. Both come out alive?"

[Rokag]

"Well...I mean, I doubt..." Rokag sighed, still blushing. "Okay, that probably wouldn't have gone well." She tried to imagine how Tsuki would have started this conversation and it was likely that one of them would try to kill the other at some point into it. And the less I think about being sure I'd be the one standing, the better this might turn out.

"It's been two weeks and...they're trying to make sure we know how it works? I mean, I expected to get poked at to see if I'm pregnant pretty quickly, but I thought it would at LEAST be a month." She also figured there would be a bit less...direct methods. "And yes, I know how sex is supposed to work. And yes, I DO mean in the way that bears children." Seiya might find it somewhat comical that despite the annoyed tone, she was blushing deeply. "And what the fuck would I request?!"

[GamesMaster]

"Ah... sometimes... well..."

Seiya blushes. "So I read books, um, sometimes about... a-anyway, ah, sometimes it is... less pleasant for the woman? And there are things you can do to make it, ah, more pleasant. S-so, if you need... if you're not enjoying it, um..."

[Rokag]

What kind of books are YOU reading? Obviously Rokag knew that there were stories that had...sex in them, but it was usually just that they did it and they moved on. The only reason SHE knew was because some stupid boys don't know how to not make nasty jokes to a half-orc coming out of the lake with a spear and some fish. And THAT'S only because she wanted to know what they had been fucking talking about before she beat them with said spear.

"Okay...I mean...It's...not...bad." Rokag could honestly say that the evenings spent with Shisou weren't bad. She was learning more about what she could do and even if Shisou was still weird about saying they were still the same person it was fun. "But doesn't getting pregnant take a few times?"

[GamesMaster]

"Sometimes, yes. Honestly, nobody's expecting a rush here, just... I don't know how well you know my stepfather yet, but he's... not a patient man." She winces.
