Rocket’s ship

[GamesMaster]

"What of the company?" he asks, slowly. 

[Kuronue "Kor" Higurashi]

"I could run it," says Kor, slowly and softly. 

[GamesMaster]

"Absolutely not," says Yasha firmly. 

[Ryle “Rocket” Arora]

"The delta quadrent is split down the middle of weather they want to be part of the federation or not and bata is planing to annex the back half and block off the feds that way. If you go in and they retaliate there's no way to get you out again. We could just be done. We just say to hell with it and be done! We've got a colany ship we can go anywhere we want!"

[GamesMaster]

Yasha nods slowly. "Could. I tried that, for a time." He hesitates, then turns to Kor. "What was it like, growing up with my brother?"

[Kuronue "Kor" Higurashi]

"Bad," whispers Kor. "He liked to... he had me dress in short gowns, then he would tie them so they gaped open a bit. He put his hands on me, more than once. He hit me when I was insolent. He..." He pauses to wipe at his face, shaking his head. "When it got bad enough, when he wanted to... to make me impure... I killed him."

[GamesMaster]

"That's why I can't retire," says Yasha, voice quiet but intense. "Because when I tried to keep to myself, mind my own business, stay out of the way... things like this happen to my loved ones."

[Ryle “Rocket” Arora]

"I don't have many contacts left in the federation, if their money is effected I can't garuntee that we'd be any help should they retaliate"

[GamesMaster]

"I know." Yasha sighs. "I might be assassinated. That's part of what I was thinking about as I didn't sleep last night. Whoever I pre-empt might come for me. I'll have to be vigilant until the end of my days. I won't have time for the little things I enjoy. I'll be throwing myself back into the war, this time on the right side. But.... I want what I've always wanted: for Kuronue to grow up in a world that's stable, healthy, and full of opportunity."

[Ryle “Rocket” Arora]

"If that's what you want then it would be good to have a friend on the inside who I can trust." I say with a small smile "I'd still feel better if you had more support in there but I also know you can handle yourself."

[GamesMaster]

"Hey, if you want a gig in personal security...?"

[Ryle “Rocket” Arora]

"I can't leave my family. But stars still with us they might go with you."

[GamesMaster]

"I meant your whole crew. It'll take more than just one bodyguard to secure me."

[Ryle “Rocket” Arora]

"I'll have to put it to a vote..... I can't make that choice for them. I'll admit it's tempting. I've missed being a soilder. But...." I look at kor "we have a chance for a life out here, a family......."

"I mean... anything would be... anything could be exciting."
