"Kor the medicine won't stop your emotions. Medications take some of the edge off so you can process them. You won't stop having feelings just because you're taking something. What medications can do is help manage the symptoms you are experiencing but the only way to truly reduce them is to treat the cause. If you had the flue treating the nausea wouldn't really help unless you treated the flue too."

"That's not true, I stopped feeling so-- oh gods, I haven't been taking my antidepressant!"

[Tova koshack]

"What we're you taking? We may have some in sickbay and if not we can get some"

[Kuronue "Kor" Higurashi]

"Lithium."

[Tova koshack]

"When did you go off it? And how much are you taking?"

[Kuronue "Kor" Higurashi]

"I uh, I forgot to bring it with me when I left, and um... one pill a day?" he offered, ears flattening back.

"Do you know the dosage though? I only ask because cutting off cold Turkey can be dangerous. I also know it's one we have as I take it too."

[Kuronue "Kor" Higurashi]

"I'm sorry, I don't."

[Tova koshack]

"That's ok. Would you like me to go with you to sickbay to get your meds"

[Kuronue "Kor" Higurashi]

"No, I'll be fine. Thank you though."

[Tova koshack]

"Ok. Did you want to talk more before you go or did you want to go and come back or just go?"

[Kuronue "Kor" Higurashi]

"What do I need for, um... this stuff? I might as well ask for both at once."

[Tova koshack]

"10 mg of adderax it will help you with the anxiety and won't play off the lithium. I'd also recommend mellitonin to help with sleep."

[Kuronue "Kor" Higurashi]

Kor nods. "Alright. I'll do that. What else? Do I do to stop being so afraid?"
