"Yeah," she says with a sappy smile. Then she sobers up. "We can't stay here."

Wylde nods, then frowns. "I mean this whole town. He knows too much."

"Where will we go?"

Wylde hesitates. "I can't take him solo, not reliably. I only managed it because I surprised him. But... the only safe place I know is... I guess... I guess I'm taking you home."

I blonk slightly "back to the reservation?"

[Wylde]

Wylde cringes. "ye-es?"

"Are you sure you'll be safe there?"

[Wylde]

"I can take care of myself..."

"I know baby but I still worry.... I want us to be safe together...."

[Wylde]

"...it'll be fine... all I have to do is grovel. And you'll be perfectly safe, nobody would harm an Imprint."
