"Oh, I'm not a Lord," she says quickly. "I just... Carver always seemed so free in pants, and, and long hair gets itchy."

"Fair enough." I smile "let's get you dressed then shall we?"

A short time later, Hawke is dressed in a splendid silk shirt, a pair of loose-fitting pants, and a capelette she found in the closet and picked because it was ice blue adn when is she ever going to get to wear a cape again?

"You look stunning!" I gush happly looking up from my book in my private garden "father and papa will be here in an hour. Please join me"

[Marian Hawke]

"Alright," she says, moving to take a seat. "The hair isn't too short?"

[Addina]

"It suits you." I smile

[Marian Hawke]

"Thanks," she says with a shy smile. "So. What do you want me to do now?"

[Addina]

"We'll why don't you sit and we'll discuss your duties." I smile "there's festivals we will attend and public events as well. But mainly I'm left alone here with my small court so mostly your job will be to keep me company. Read to me play games talk. Just the little things that make life less dull"

"Oh," she says, startled. "Alright."

[Addina]

"Like I said there's nothing else I need if you're not willing." I smile "if you want you can help me pick out my harem."
