If it's in the dumpster it's basically free anyway, right? Because nobody wanted it, or they wouldn't have thrown it away. And free samples are free so if you grab a handful of them, so what, really, in the long run. And there was that one time she stole from a hot dog cart the guy left unattended for a minute, but she was really really hungry, and anyway he probably didn't even notice, right?

Her stomach growls loudly in protest. Look, just help me keep an eye out, okay?

~Alright...~ the construct floated up so it was eye level with T and started looking across the street at the boxing gym. ~What am I keeping a look-out for?~

Of course, he won't know what to look for. She barely knows what to look for.

Her eyes sting a big, but she pushes the feeling away. Crying is for weak little girls. She's stronger than that. Just... just look for any suspicious people, okay?

~Alright...~ The construct took a seat on T's shoulder while looking. After a little while, there's a few guys being yelled at as they run down the road towards the gym. "Well! Look at all that, then! You lot actually made it! Now get in there and shower off the stink of almost passin before we finish up fer the day!" The older gentleman that had been behind them was familiar to T. Harris Grag was the old trainer of the gym and one of the few people she'd ever seen give her dad guff and not be related to him. They knew each other from some time back and they always chatted while her dad worked out.

Okay, that's someone. He was... O liked him, anyway. She takes a deep breath. We'll have to tail him without getting caught, I guess.

~Wait, we're following him? If he knew the guy you're looking for, why don't you just talk to him?~

Because I'm a missing persons, dumbass. He'll haul me in.

~Well...alright, I guess that makes sense as well.~ It's another thirty minutes before the group leaves and another fifteen before the old man comes back out of the gym and heading down the street.~There he is! That's him, right?~

T nods, struggling to get out the back side of the bushes so she won't be seen. Keep an eye on him.

~Roger~ The man seemed to be heading someplace, though not in any real hurry..~Oh! I should probably move if you're gonna follow him so I'm not seen, right?~

....yes....

After a few minutes of fighting with the bush, she slips along the park as far as it goes, hanging back a bit before she steps onto the sidewalk across the street so he won't notice her. Hopefully.

For the time being it doesn't seem like he notices. HE gets walking down the street and they're starting to get towards the more residential side of this section of New Avalon. In fact, he's heading for one of those small room complexes for people without a large amount of money to spend in property.

She hangs back about half a block, ambling slowly, keeping an eye on him.

Harris turned a corner between two buildings, meaning he either lived on the other side, or he was going to head in from there, meaning that if she really wanted to catch up to him, she needed to hurry.

T switches to a jog, trying to get to the opening before he vanishes into a building so she can see which one.
