yamikuronue

Siegfried lowers his gaze, his shoulders slumping. "I will." he says, quietly. "But when the Young Master objects.... I will not go against his wishes."

Lance scowls at Obsidian over his shoulder. "Train. Go out. The usual."

accalia

Julie bears her fangs at those words.

Julie: If he objects let me know and i'll have words with him, unless Obsidian manages it first.

yamikuronue

Siegfried looks up, startled. "Absolutely not! I will not stand by and let the Young Master be insulted or come to harm."

accalia

Julie: Harm? why would i cause harm to him? i would merely be talking. what harm is there in that?

"Julie...."

Joulie pouts at Echo's warning

Julie: fine. i'll leave the whelp alone....

yamikuronue

Siegfried's tone is downright frosty. "That is not an appropriate form of address for the Young Master."

accalia

Julie: i wasn't talking about the master actually. He has a second mind in that head of his, just as I do.

CalamityJade

Morden gave a bit of a sigh. "Besides, I am sure that his uncle has the matter somewhat in hand. I am also sure he would rather you not be possessed while trying to find things out on your own...it would probably be wiser to bring it to the attention of both him and the..young master."

Obsidian gave Lance a scowl right back. "Or, you stop running off on your own and interact with the people you're paying to help keep everything afloat. Also figured that you might want a break before going out and training again after this afternoon."

yamikuronue

Lance scowls. "I don't feel talkative," he snaps.

Siegfried sighs. "I highly doubt the Young Master would approve of your terminology in any event. But I will speak with him."

accalia

Julie: fair enough, although in this case i'm more concerned with the fact that ten years on the Master doesn't even know what the wolf calls itself. I would have expected him to know that at least by now. Still, it may be good to talk to him, and do remember what i said about calling Ms Schreien.

CalamityJade

Obsidian returned the look right back. "And considering you've spent a good decade avoiding conversation, it's no wonder. Why don't you just try a little bit."

yamikuronue

Lance scowls. "I'm not fucking interested in the garden or the money. I've got bigger things on my mind."

yamikuronue

Siegfried nods. "I shall call her in the morning, I think. As for the wolf... well. You are aware of its history,  no doubt."

accalia

Julie: Vaguely, but of course second hand accounts are never entirely accurate.

Julie then looks pointedly at Echo

Julie: unless you have any words of wisdom on the matter?

Echo shrugs

"Wait till the full moon, it is near and the wolf will be most talkative then. You know this. Good luck getting Lance to let you close enough to him to talk to the wolf of course. One doubts you did yourself any favours today, if what little this one has heard of events is true."

yamikuronue

Siegfried nods. "This monster has killed before, innocents at that. I suspect that he is not as friendly as you would like to imagine. I urge the strictest caution when dealing with him and the Young Master."

That said, Siegfried doesn't quite look at Julie while speaking. He feels a little ashamed of himself, Echo would note; it rankles him to warn against dealing with the so-called monster who went out of his way to save his life when he was shot. If only he hadn't been in excruciating pain, perhaps he could have skimmed the monster's mind, found out what sort of being it was...

CalamityJade

Morden shrugged slightly. "I only know of the accounts after the fact and the event is so far in the past that gaining much truthful information would be difficult...that said I was not one to believe the story that the police were giving." He seemed rather sure, though he did not expand as to why he thought that.

Obsidian shook his head. "Look, kid, even if you didn't care, what the hell are you going to gain by avoiding them? Better to deal with it head-on and have it be done than think for days on end about what you should have done or should be doing."
