"Alright, so tell me about this diagram."

"What's your email, I'll send a pic. Oh, or do you have Snapchat?"

"...what? No...hold on." There's some rustling. "It's...blackrok13@yahoo.com and if this some sort of long term scam, I would abandon it right now."

[yamikuronue]

"Great. One second." She puts him on mute, holds the notepad up against the wall, takes a quick picture, and starts typing the email, though she unmutes him partway through. "Are oh sea kay? Or are oh sea?"

"Are oh kay. So...how is it that you're gotten involved in all of this?"

[yamikuronue]

"...Are oh kay? What, were you like, a twelve year old rock-and-roll nerd?" Still, she hits send on the image.

[CalamityJade]

"Funny, cuz you don't sound old enough to make that sort of comment. Did you send it?" There's some sounds of a keyboard.

[yamikuronue]

"Tsk, man, you don't know me, I'm like, ancient," she teases. "Yeah, you should have it now."

[CalamityJade]

"Alright...huh....where the hell did you say you got this thing?"

[yamikuronue]

"From Echo's sub-persona. It's hard to get sense out of it, so I don't have an explanation."

[CalamityJade]

He's silent for a little while. "Well...I would not try casting this...hell, I don't even know how it's supposed to work, but it looks like some sort of protection circle...what makes you think it's important."

[yamikuronue]

"Echo's sub-persona is struggling to communicate and drew this out as you see here, so I figure it's gotta be relevant. We're meant to be looking for a way to right what was wronged, and our working hypothesis is that the sub-persona may be the main persona's dead girlfriend, trapped in his body for all eternity."

[CalamityJade]

"...what?" Obsidian was...honestly quite confused. "How did that even begin to...that is a very odd idea. What makes you so sure of it?"

[yamikuronue]

"He's been talking about his past, in very cryptic terms, but occasionally the sub-persona has been able to break through with subtle hints."

[CalamityJade]

"And finally...what are you getting out of this?"
