Julie: Interesting, she doesn't usually go in for contracts. I assume Mr Horen is handling the contract itself, no?

[yamikuronue]

"Correct. I always try to get a contract when working with someone, it saves time later."

[accalia]

Julie: i'll let you know when I get it from Mr. Horen then. You're lucky, Normally she walks away when someone asks her for a contract. I wonder what she sees in you...

[yamikuronue]

Siegfried shrugs. "I can't fathom it either."

[accalia]

Julie: Try asking her some time. She's pretty open when you ask her questions. So long as the answer is hers to give you.

[yamikuronue]

Siegfried nods, as the timer goes off. "Oh, that'll be breakfast." He moves to pull the tortilla out of the oven.

Julie: that looks good. Should we try to get the others up for breakfast while it's hot?

[yamikuronue]

Sigfried nods. "I believe the Young Master is awake already. I shall inform him and rouse Sir Obsidian." Siegfried has been struggling with what to call Obsidian; he's not The Master, but he dislikes Master Obsidian, and Obsidian alone is too informal for Siegfried's liking.

[accalia]

Julie: Hmm.... In that case I'll see if i can rouse Morden...

Julie rouses and shambles tiredly out of the kitchen again, towards the guest rooms where Morden sleeps.

[CalamityJade]

Obsidian gave a bit of a grumble before he opened the door. He looked to have just finished shaving and was just washing up. "So, what's up?"

Morden calls from the door. "One moment." Huh...he seemed a little bit surprised? Though it wasn't long before he came to the door, clothed and looking a little...off. Like his face was flush but it was slightly in the wrong places. "Ah, good morning! I'm surprised to see you up this early."

[yamikuronue]

Siegfried smiles. "Breakfast is served. I was about to fetch the Young Master."

[accalia]

Julie: When one can look forward to Siegfried's cooking one makes an effort to attend.

Julie laughs at this

Julie: How does that man keep that up so flawlessly? ah well, breakfast is served.

[CalamityJade]

Obsidian gave a nod. "Sure thing...and try to get him to actually take it at the table. He's not going to get any better locking himself in his room like that." With that he heads back to finish drying his face off and heads for the dining room.

Morden thought a moment. "Habit, probably. He also might find it cathartic to cook, so finds it a relaxing thing rather than work...though he does have a pretty good talent for cooking, so I could see adjusting your sleeping schedule for it." He gave a bit of a chuckle. "I'll be down in a moment."

Julie: we'll meet you down there then. Now to see if i can find where Echo wandered off to...

A short time later, everyone, including Lance, gathers at the table. Well, not including Rosanna, who has the day off and went into town early.
