The Amell Legacy: Transgressions

[Lux]

"Brush?" Lux wrinkles his nose a bit as he follows. "Too harsh a fall for the soar in my book."

[GamesMaster]

"More for me," she grunts. "He'll be here soon."

[Lux]

"We should get some dubs," Lux suggests as he sets the skin of wine down.

[GamesMaster]

"Maybe, but I don't want to waste coin." Her ear flicks as he sets down the jug, but she keeps watching the door, beginning to pace a little. 

[Lux]

"...like I said, I have a few copper. Enough to get us a few rolls this afternoon," Lux says almost automatically as he watches Brianne pace with growing concern.

[GamesMaster]

"Why isn't he here yet he should be here," she slurs, a shaking hand pressing to her stomach. 

[Lux]

"Bri, how long have you been... dry?" he finally finishes.

[GamesMaster]

"Dunno. A few days. I guess. It's been a while, I'm jittery, I got the DTs," she manages, her pace picking up.

[Lux]

"Yes, I see that," Lux murmurs. "Maybe you should have some bread and wine while you wait. Just a little."

[GamesMaster]

"I'm good, I ate..." Today? Yesterday? "This week."

[Lux]

"Brianne," Lux says more firmly. "Eat."

[GamesMaster]

"Yes ,yes, fine, alright," she mutters, moving to sit beside him as he hands her a scone. "I just don't want to miss Little Tony."

[Lux]

"If you can hear him knock from there, you'll hear from here," he says gently as she moves over to him. "Little Tony? New dealer?"

[GamesMaster]

"Yah. Says he got a new strain. More powerful. Lasts longer." She doesn't comment on how everything seems to be further away, softer, dimmer.

[Lux]

"You sure it's legit? And safe?"
