Bethany stiffens, realizes what she said and how she just reacted, tries to relax and then realizes it's way too late for either of them to not have noticed. All in about two seconds. "Umm."

[Marian Hawke]

"Oh," says Marian, smiling. "Oh," she adds, frowning. "Do we need to write to him? Let him know you're safe?" If Beth has a secret boyfriend, he must be out of his mind with worry..

[Bethany]

"Noooo?" Beth offers weakly. "He, umm. He... knows?" He was there so... Gods, I hope he's okay. 

[Marian Hawke]

Marian sighs. "You should have told us, Varric and I could have helped make sure you were discreet. Well, I'm glad he's not worried, at least. Do you want to tell me about him?"

[Bethany]

Beth bites her lip, then her eyes widen "Um, well, first off, not my boyfriend. We... ummm, we're friends, yes, and... do stuff but we're not... together," she says quickly, eyes darting to Shiori.

[Shisou]

Shiori flushes faintly, but nods, glad to know she's not involved in some sordid affair. "Yeah, dating is complicated."

[Marian Hawke]

Marian runs a hand through her hair. "You're, um, condoms and all that?"

[Bethany]

"Eww, no. Magic," the Nyran-raised young woman says. "But we don't do... that often. I, uh, I..." She blushes a little. "My... bits are... tight. Like... medical condition tight." Don't think about it. Don't think about it. "Mostly mouth and hands, slowly, with..." She darts another glance at Shiori, nervous, but goes for it. "Some butt stuff when we really get into it."

Marian's eyes widen. "Oh! Uh. That's...that's cool," she says, hesitantly.

[Shisou]

Shiori flushes. "Yeah," she agrees. Is Marian also a virgin? Well, it'd be rude to ask, so...

Beth wilts a little, not buying their tones. "I... sorry," she mumbles. Way to go Beth. Now they think you're some kind of dirty slut.

[Shisou]

"...I'm a virgin too," admits Shiori. "Sorry."

[Bethany]
