The Amell Legacy: Transgressions

[Bethany]

It takes about a minute before Beth comes back inside, the door clicking shut behind her. "Sorry. I just... I'm not angry with you. In fact, I'm happy with you, for sharing that with me. Her eyes soften and close a little as she leans into his head. "Your hand is broader," she murmurs, lips twitching. "I like it." Taking a breath, she straightens. "It's fine, it's not about that. About me. Right now, you're the focus. Got it? We can talk about me and any of my myriad problems and issues some other day. Today is for you."

"Okay," he whispers. "Is that... do you have answers to any of my questions?"

[Bethany]

Beth nods. "Yeah. For one, that wasn't sex. Not entirely. It was BDSM, a type of kink. Umm. It's like... okay, let me see if this works. Sex is canines. Regular sex is just like... a typical house mutt. Nothing special, no real outstanding features or suitability to a task. She takes a breath and swallows to wet her mouth before continuing. "And just like some breeds of dogs, you need... preparation and training for some kinks. Like if you want to get a big dog, you need to make sure you have a big yard and enough room in the house. Some dogs are more active and- anyway. What you did, BDSM is... really advanced. "That's a pretty common mistake," Beth agrees neutrally. "People want to impress people, particularly lovers. But you can hurt someone- like actually injure someone, not just offend or make sad- if you do something wrong. So, even if it's embarrassing, it's better to stop, ask questions, admit you're not sure... whatever. Someone agreeing to have sex with you is a gift- treat it that way."

Carver hesitates, then nods. "He's never.. um, he's never been engaged before. So maybe he didn't... maybe he's not had a lot of sex before. Maybe he was learning, too."

"Sure. But enough about him-" forever would be nice, "remember, you're the focus. Did... did you have any other questions? Or... want me to kind of give the basics on BDSM?"

"I... maybe," he says slowly. "But... I think... how do I... how do I do things without bdsm?"

[Bethany]

That sets Beth back a moment, as she had been gearing up to explain the kink. "Well... a lot of it was what you've already done. Gentle but firm touches on her body, kisses. Probably less words?
