Movement of the Wilds

[Wylde]

wylde chimes out, "I got it!" racing to the phone. 

[Tova koshack]

"Wait!" I shout out too late as she's already picked the phone up off the wall

[Wylde]

"Hello?" she growls, trying to sound menacing. 

[Npc]

"Who is this?" I think lay accented voice greats her. "Tova? Are you all right my dove?"

[Wylde]

"Wrong number, pal. This is Ernie." She hangs up on him. 

[Tova koshack]

"You just hung up on my father!"

[Wylde]

"Yeah but you said you don't want anyone tracking you down, right?" she asks. "You can call him later from your cell."

[Tova koshack]

"Ok....." I say softly...."we should go"

[Wylde]

Wylde wilts. "Did I do bad?"

[Tova koshack]

"No....no it's gjust.... It's fine" I force smile

[Wylde]

"...I'm sorry."

[Tova koshack]

"It's ok I just... we have a... strained relationship is all....he..... it..... never mind let's just go."

[Wylde]

"I mean, maybe he'll think he has the wrong number, or you can tell him you had it disconnected?"

[Tova koshack]

Yah. Ok yah that should work thanks wild " I smile at here and pick up my bag

The following month is....busy. I go back to the women's she,ther and explain everything to my boss who gives me my job back and a small raise with it. I those three sick days to cover the time i missed but otherwise it's ok. I fill my time at work helping the clients there get their finances in order. And when I'm home... well wilds nice. She's soft and smells good and is nice to cuddle up to at night. Still it's hard.

Wild took a job at Amazon in their wear house. And it's hard. She works 12 hour days and it's never the same shift two days in a row. Jadan and my father keep calling me. Even found my new number after I changed it. Wild try's to be supportive but she's not a Jew. She doesn't know how hard this is. And she's tired all the time. I'm beguing to wonder if we're "ment to be" after all.

I smile looking up from my cooking as wild comes in the door. "Hey." I smile  she comes to give me a hug and I side step her. "Not today wild."
