Siegfried stumbles to the mirror, splashing some water from a basin he keeps for that purpose onto his face, and taking a moment to tidy his hair and re-tie his tie before heading out from the room. Never go out looking less than your best, he reasons; you never know what might happen.

Echo, rather slowed my the crutches, is just turning the corner towards the dining room as Siegfried exits his room.

Siegfried smiles. "Hello again. Everything go alright in my absence?"

[accalia]

"Quite satisfactory yes. ah here we are."

Echo hobbles into the dining room where the table was set for dinner and the rest of the household was already seated. On Siegfried's entrance Julie rises respectfully.

Morden, having been..very engrossed in the finances was more than happy to take some of a break to eat. He gave a plesant nod towards Siegfried. "It seems you've had something of a rather long day."

Siegfried seems startled to find Lance seated at the head of the table, though his sulky expression indicates that probably, his uncle dragged him here.

"My apologies for my absence," he says, which Lance waves off:

"Whatever. Blame this guy for making you do it."

Julie: Gentlemen, please.... not now. The mean is hot and ready now and we should not delay.

[yamikuronue]

Siegfried nods. "Indeed. Would the Young Master like to carve, or shall I?"

Lance blinks. "What? Whatever, go ahead."

Siegfried nods. "Indeed." And grabs for the carving knife.

As Siegfried begins to serve Echo takes his seat awkwardly at the table, across from Julie and one seat offset to the left. Julie smiles tiredly at him before retirning her attention to the meal.

Morden was also slightly distracted, but it was more that he was studying Lance and Obsidian.

Speaking of which, he gave a look at Siegfried as he carved and served. "You doing OK?" He had been around Lance since they got back, so he was somewhat unsure of how Sieg was holding up.

Siegfried nods. "Indeed. A nap helped my mood greatly, though I regret the necessity."

Julie: Given what you did today I'm surprised Echo was able to wake you. I talked to Ms. Schreien to get an update on the firm and she mentioned that Astral walking was extremely tiring, even for her.... Though i can't remember how that subject came up now that i think of it.

That seemed to have gotten Morden's attention. "Astral walking? Though isn't that usually concidered dangerous in places tied to extreme emotions?" Which....there were several deaths associated with this place.

Obsidian gave him a slight nod. "Well, you did just kinda come up with whatever you did, so I think getting tired is a fair trade."

Siegfried waves a hand. "Please, do not be concerned for me. I will cope."

"Cope you will, there is no doubt, but Morden is right, the astral plane is dangerous. This one would recommend learning more and finding a teacher knowledgeable in the art before experimenting more"
