Kate smirks. "You could accompany me to this wedding," she jokes.

[accalia]

Tony thinks of it for a moment before answering "Your wish, my command. Who's tying the knot?"

[yamikuronue]

"You don't actually have to. It's my cousin, I just hate to go solo."

[accalia]

"I owe you enough that if I can pay you back, even in part, i should." Tony answers "Also, it would be good to get out and about again. even if it's just for the reception."

[yamikuronue]

"Alright then. It's a week from Sunday, wear a tux." She smiles.

[accalia]

"Right. That's a deal then." Tony frowns as he says that. he doesn't own a tie, let alone a tux.... Well he can borrow one from his brother.... probably... it wouldn't fit well...

[yamikuronue]

"Great, it's a date," she throws out there, getting up from her seat. "I won't keep you."

[accalia]

Tony nods at this, then a beat later "Wait, a date?!" and...... yep. Tony blushes at the thought.

[yamikuronue]

Kate pauses, nearly to the door. "Would that be a problem?" she asks, her tone neutral.

[accalia]

"Uhh......." Tony's blushing is fierce enough that his brain has had to shut down due to overheating. "Umm.... No, no problem."

[yamikuronue]

She smiles at him then -- not an honest smile, but a smile that promises something... more. "Great. It's a date." She winks, and slips out the door, Vic staring after her.

[accalia]

Tony's floored, metaphorically, and just stares at the wall unseeing as Kate leaves and the door closes behind her. "Uhhh......"

Vic watches the door for a long moment. "....that woman's dangerous," he points out.

[accalia]

"What makes you say that?" Tony's coming back to reality, the shock wearing off. He actually sounds interested in Vic's opinion.

[yamikuronue]

"She just is," he says, firmly.
