The Midnight Prince

[Rokag]

Rokag thought for a few moments before reaching into her sleeves and taking out one of the necklaces Shisou had given her, the second one from the visit where she'd tried to talk to him, and held it out towards her. She wasn't ENTIRELY sure the woman was blind, or she wouldn't have tried this, but if this could be solved, it should be solved now. "Would this be enough?"

[GamesMaster]

She takes the necklace, lifting it to her face and sniffing deeply. "Yes, this will do," she says, nodding. 

She then reaches out, placing a hand on Shisou. He squirms, trying to get free, but her grip is surprisingly strong for such frail fingers, and she holds tight as she murmurs to him, waving incense with her free hand in his face. He sneezes, then sneezes again, then blinks a few times. 

".....wh-wh-what?" he stammers. 

"It is done," she replies. 

[Rokag]

Rokag...blinked a second before turning to Shisou. [What...the hell did she do? "Shisou? How are you feeling?"

[Shisou]

"...m-m-m-my h-h-h-h-head h-h-h-hurts. C-c-c-c-c-an w-w-w-w-e g-g-g-g-g-go l-l-l-l-lay d-d-d-d-d-d-own?" he asks, meekly. 

[Rokag]

Rokag held on to a little bit of hope before nodding and turning back to the old woman. She took a breath before speaking, in surprisingly good Tengu "I thank you for your service to our family."

[GamesMaster]

The woman bows in response, and then Indou arrives again, leaving the younger couple to slip off to their rooms. 

[Shisou]

"H-h-h-hey," says Shisou gently, nuzzling Rokag's shoulder as soon as the door is closed. "A-a-a-are y-y-y-y-you o-o-o-o-kay?"

[Rokag]

"No, but that can wait. Are YOU okay? Can you think okay?!" Rokag looked a little terrified. "Did she actually fix everything or did that just go completely tits up and I have to figure out if anything else she said was right."

[Shisou]

"I-i-i-i-i'm f-f-f-f-fine. N-n-n-n-no s-s-s-s-sudd-d-d-den u-u-u-u-rg-g-g-g-ges-s-s t-t-t-t-t-to s-st-st-steal."

[Rokag]

Rokag quickly wraps Shisou in a tight hug. "What the fuck happened?! I thought Indou had to have done that to you and I didn't know how to fix it and I swear on my ancestors that if you ever call me a "good girl" again I'm going to feed Carbonne to you!"

[Shisou]

"I-i-i-i-i... I d-d-d-d-d-don't kn-kn-know. I... th-th-they t-t-t-t-t-ook m-m-m-m-e a-a-a-and c-c-c-c-acst a sp-sp-spell a-a-a-a-and th-th-then I was s-s-s-s-stealing and l-l-l-l-lying a-a-a-a-nd..."

[Rokag]

"Was it those summoner guys? Why the hells would they grab you just to make you fucking steal shit and lie..fuck you don't know, either." Rokag continued to hug Shisou. "Just...I'm glad you're here and you.

[Shisou]

Shisou shakes his head. "I t-h-th-th-think... I th-th-think th-they w-w-w-worked f-f-f-for I-i-ind-d-d-dou."

[Rokag]

Rokag swears in orcish. "I knew it! Fucking...ugh!" She wishes Kuronue would have let him bleed the fuck out on the ground. "Damnit, I was actually hoping he didn't have you fucking kidnapped and beat up just so you could steal shit for him."

[Shisou]

Shisou nods. "I th-th-th-th-think... w-w-w-w-we n-n-n-ne-e-e-e-d t-t-t-t-to d-d-d-d-do s-s-s-s-ometh-th-th-thing ab-b-b-b-bout h-h-h-h-im."
