"That we can't leave." He leaned forward, seeming to be staring almost through T ."Why would you believe something like that?"

She frowns, shaking her head. "You're confusing me. Everyone says it, so it's gotta be true, right?" Play stupid, maybe he'll back off...

Huh....no commentary. "My dear, a good deal of what 'everyone' says is not true. I deal with individuals. It is a much better way to find out what is truly going on." He leaned back again.

[yamikuronue]

"...So what's the plan, then?"

[CalamityJade]

"I will put together some documents and...plan accordingly. If you can return at this time tomorrow, we will go over what needs to be looked over and, if you find the terms suitable, we will conduct business." He offered his hand. "Is that acceptable?"

[yamikuronue]

She nods, keeping her hands in her lap. "Sure. That sounds fine."

[CalamityJade]

He lets the hand hang for a moment before simply chuckling it off. "Not much of a social person. Though I cannot blame you. Hopefully you will feel less un-trusting in the future." He stands and escorts her from the office. "I will see you tomorrow around this time, then. I hope you have a pleasant evening."

"Yeah, same." She gets up, heading out the door.

~Holy shit, you can hear me! What happened? i was trying to get your attention~

The man held the door open for her.

~That guy is REALLY weird....it's kinda like I have trouble seeing him and you told me to tell you if that was weird and you stopped answering me.~ Wait...he HAD gotten quiet after a while.

~...I didn't even notice, I thought you were just being quiet. So he blocks you from being able to speak?~

She passes him with only a small nod in farewell.

~I dunno, but I don't like him. Gives me a bad feeling....or you a bad feeling. What happened? Did he do anything weird?~

The receptionist was quick to give her a polite nod as she walked passed.

~You couldn't hear him at all? I bluffed my way through, he wants me to meet him tomorrow.~ She nods back, heading out the front door.

"I couldn't make out anything but some sight and that took a lot. You can't be serious about going back here, right?~ Crys seemed...nervous.

~No way. And end up dead?~ She shakes her head.

~Good.~ There was a feeling of relief. ~Sorry...I don't know what he did or how he did it, but that shouldn't have happened.~
