Echo turns the origami carefully, at one point clearly holding it by a wing that it does not have.

"Yes, the pattern is rather pleasing..." Echo agrees before turning to Siegfried "So you are still determined to risk your life for this one?"

"If that's what it takes." Siegfried takes a deep breath, and Vi cuts in.

"I need caffeine. Morden, come with me?" she asks, innocently.

"Hmm?" He looked at Vi "Um...well, I suppose I can do that. Would anyone else wish to have something?"

"Just a glass of water for this one please, if you are offering." Echo asks, still folding origami. He's mostly producing cranes now but occasionally another interesting shape comes up. Echo seems to be unaware that these other shapes are not paper cranes, and often holds them where a head or a tail would be in a standard crane, but where this new shape has naught but empty air.

Vi manages to tear her eyes away from Echo's newfound levitation powers regretfully, taking the notepad with her as she leads Morden out into the hall.

"Okay, we definitely have a split personality here. What can you tell me about the diagram?"

Morden gave a sigh as he moved away from the...very interesting ability and blinked a moment when he was asked. "I...do not know. With everything that is going on, it seems somewhat more akin to possession than a separate personality. Espeically with that last discovery. Whatever spell was used, it makes some things so unbelievably un-perceptable that it affects objects around him to continue. It's actually QUITE interesting...however I cannot tell much about the diagram. It's a magic circle of some sort and it is possibly something benifitial. This is much easier when the object in question is active for myself. Much easier to read."

Vi sighs. "So in other words, you can't tell me anything about it until we cast it. And Siegfried already admitted to being a novice. Most of what I know is more divination stuff.... do you know anyone who might know more about general ritual magic?"

"...Well, from what I could tell, the man in relation to our employer seemed to have a larger knowledge on these sorts of things. At least enough to inscribe them. It would probably be best to try asking him for assistance rather than casting it ourselves."

Vi nods, pulling out her phone. "Does he FaceTime?"

"Wait...you mean that video phone thing...no, I don't believe so. You would just have to call the house itself."

She makes a face. "I can't show him the drawing via phone. I'll have to get his email address." She opens the dialer and hands the phone to Morden to dial.

Morden shrugged but went about dialing. There was a pause before he started speaking. "Hello...yes, things are fine. We just...there is someone here that wanted to speak-" There's some yelling. "Please, sir. Calm down. everyone here is fine...there's just something we need your input on."

Vi scowls. "Give me the phone, you're making it worse!"

Morden shrugged. "Fine. Hold on, someone wants to speak with you." with that, he handed the phone over to Vi.

Vi takes the phone. "Hi. What's your email address?"
