Tale as Old As Time [Finished]

"...who the hell is this?" Obsidian was not one for just...giving out information, especially to people he didn't recognize.

[yamikuronue]

"Vi. I'm helping with your Echo problem, and I've got a diagram to show you."

[CalamityJade]

"Alright, wait. Why don't you start from the top. Like with 'how the hell do you know anything about Echo or any problems I might have'" O was sounding a little cautious. "And THen we can get to some kinda diagram."

[yamikuronue]

"Soooo, no, actually, you wont' like it. But long story short, I've been helping Echo get to the bottom of this whole split-personality thing, and I got the non dominant personality to draw me a magical diagram, and I'd like someone to take a look at it before we try and cast it."

[CalamityJade]

There was a pause. "Right then. Where's Siegfried?"

[yamikuronue]

"Keeping dom-Echo distracted while I make this call."

[CalamityJade]

"Right...hold on, I'll be right back." And he hung up. A few moments later, Siegfried's cell phone would start to ring.

[yamikuronue]

Siegfried jumps -- the darn thing never rings! He fumbles with it for a minute, digging it out of his suitcase.

"Siegfried speaking."

[CalamityJade]

"Hey. So who the hell is Vi and why should I be trusting her?" Well, it was O and he was quick and to the point as usual

Siegfried blinks. "Master Obsidian! Ah... I am not certain. Vi is... a strange character indeed, but thus far she has been helpful, and in my communications with her, I have not detected any sign of hostility or duplicity. But I have not pried particularly deep."

Flustered,  he falls back on formal language to regain solid footing.

"....and she's trying to figure out what's going on with Echo?"

Echo looks up from his origami as Siegfried answers his phone, As soon as his eyes leave his work his hands discard the current shape they are working on and start folding a new shape.

The folding is quickly completed and the square of paper placed on the table between Echo and Siegfried. On the front of the paper are several intricate shapes that look remarkably like letters.... Eight letters on two lines... PLZB CRFL

This shape folded without Echo once looking at it his hands pick up the interrupted crane and resume folding as if nothing had happened.

"...yes. It's a group effort."

PLZB CRFL? Pretzel Carfull? Careful! Pretzle... wait, that's a B. Pleezub? Please B something? Oh! Please be careful. Siegfried blinks a few times, but ultimately, files that away in his mind.

"...right, Thanks." He hangs up and call's Morden's phone back...which Vi might have hung on to.

Siegfried blinks at the phone. "....okay then."

Vi answers immediately. "Yello?"
