The Family [Finished]

Vic takes a moment to register what's going on, but he relaxes, putting up his gun. "Tony! I thought maybe you'd been kidnapped."

[accalia]

"One, never point a gun at anything unless you plan on pulling the trigger! Two, I told you we planned on getting a hotel for the night because the party was likely to run so late." Tony chastises. He's upset, but not angry/

[yamikuronue]

Vic hangs his head. "Yeah, but... I kind of figured the date would go awful and you'd come back," he mumbles.

[accalia]

"Well, I'll admit you were tight about her being dangerous. But for totally different reasons." Tony says "Now help me up will you? i sprained something on the way down."

[yamikuronue]

Vic drops his gun onto the table, moving to give Tony a hand up. "Yeah?"

[accalia]

"Yep. She's sharp, and perceptive." Tony says accepting Tony's help to rise to his feet once more.

[yamikuronue]

"I noticed that," says Vic, with a scowl.

[accalia]

"Good sense of humor too." Tony comments "alright then. I need to return the tux, do we need anything else taken care of before work tonight?"

[yamikuronue]

Vic shakes his head. "Not that I know of."

[accalia]

"Good. I'll be able to get a nap in after i turn the tux in then. You up for coming into the office with me? i could use the help with the paperwork."

[yamikuronue]

Vic hesitates. "I guess, yeah. You don't think it'll be weird?"

[accalia]

"I might have to bust a head or two, but that's just about normal for work." Tony assures Vic. "If it's not for this then something else will need to get knocked into or out of their heads."

[yamikuronue]

He shrugs. "Alright then."

[accalia]

"Good. I'll get out of this suit then... well i think breakfast before i go out would be a good idea."

[yamikuronue]

Vic shifts his weight uncomfortable. "Oh yeah... food." And maybe sleep.
