In terms of what Rob is doing, yes he will want to spend some time collating everything he knows. And given how often the name 'Roidmet' keeps coming up, he's going to be wondering who exactly gave him the note. In terms of where he is, he could be at home, but it could be better for the story if he's somewhere public, like a park; Avalon will have a park somewhere.
