Tobys cabin

[Jamie D'vart]

"Wasn't gonna," he mutters. "She's gonna be pissed as it is."

[Toby]

"Yah but I'll handle it." I smile "how are you feeling about all of this now that you know you're not as caged in a you thought?"

[Jamie D'vart]

"A little better."

[Toby]

The drive back is quite and friendly. We check out at the sharifs station and drive back to the city. Jamie plays me his favorite band and I marble at how different musics is now. I park the car in the driveway and get out taking his bag in one hand and the door now in the other I take a breath and w head in.

[Sophia D'Vart]

Sophia answers the door, ushering them in with a big smile. "Come in, I've got big news for you, Jamie. Oh, hello, Mr Birch, thanks for bringing him back."

[Toby]

"Hello ma'am" I say smiling "did you have a good week?"

[Sophia D'Vart]

"Wonderful, thank you. It's nice to have the house quiet for once. Mikael is all settled in at his dorm now."

[Toby]

"Glad to hear it... look um why don't you sit down so we can have a talk." I say taking a breath

[Sophia D'Vart]

She blinks. "Oh! Uh... we were just about to have dinner, do you want to stay for it?" She seems nonplussed by his request. 

[Toby]

"No that's ok. I'll keep it short...." I take a breath to steady myself "Sophia the paper work will clear tomorrow so I need to give you the heads up. Jamie took my bite this week. Nothings going to change we're going slow but you need to know he's part of my pack now." I say quickly

[Sophia D'Vart]

She stares at him a moment. 

"....No."

[Toby]

"Excuse me?"

[Sophia D'Vart]

"I said no. Get the fuck out of my house."

[Toby]

"You can't change magic or the laws what's happens happens he's my mate so I gave him the bite. You of all people know what happens when we go agents nature. How many Farrells have you put down because they panicked and didn't take the bite? Do you want that for him?"

[Sophia D'Vart]

She moves to the coatrack beside the door, unholstering a pistol and aiming it at him. "Get out before I kill you on the spot for endangering my son."
