"A pleasant morning it is too. Why are you here?" Tony continues in perfect 'i'm being good cop right now, don't make me play bad cop' tones

[yamikuronue]

"Message for the kid, from the boss." he says, easily.

[accalia]

"I see. And the message is?" Tony's not exactly trusting, but he'll listen, and he's not letting Vic out of his sight without a damn good reason.

[yamikuronue]

"Not for you," he replies.

[accalia]

Tony looks at Vic for a moment "Well then. isn't that a shame." come on Vic, stop being a wet fish......

[yamikuronue]

Vic blinks. Why is he staring at me?! I'm supposed to be unnoticed, invisible.. oh. I guess he wants me to stop being invisible.

Vic takes a deep breath, choosing his words carefully. "Anything you say to me, you can say to Tony." Did I squeak, I hope I didn't squeak.

The guy studies Vic, then shrugs. "Boss says he has a job for you. Somethin' special. He wants you to stop by his place."

The boss'.... house?! That can't be good.

[accalia]

"I see." Tony says. "And I assume that this is going to happen now?"

[yamikuronue]

He gives him an 'are you crazy' look. "Ten AM."

[accalia]

Tony nods, 'Just enough time to eat dinner first"

[yamikuronue]

"Right." He slips Vic a piece of paper. "That's it then."

[accalia]

Tiny smiles pleasantly at the man as he completes the delivery "Join us for dinner?" he asks, pretty sure the answer will be no, seeing as it's only half past eight.

[yamikuronue]

"No." he says, turning to depart.

[accalia]

Tony smiles as the messenger departs 'Friendly, isn't he?"

[yamikuronue]

Vic nods. "...we should get back."

[accalia]

"And with big Tony waiting for us with hot food?" Tony says in mock horror "Think of what he would say if we don't show now that the food has been made."
